Can I access SD data myself (I'm a doctor) (Part1 of3)

I just got my CPAP machine last night, and I feel more refreshed! It's the Respironics REMstar Auto-C

I had to take the mask of at one point in the night (I think it wasn't adjusted correctly, and I'm using a nose-and-mouth mask, because I've had previous tonsil UPPP surgery, and I want to prevent mouth-leaking).

Is there any way that I can access that SD card data myself? I am a doctor, so I think there's less danger that I'll interfere with my own medical care. I'm just curious what the SD card could tell me.

I have an Apple iMac and an iPad. I suppose I would have to purchase an Apple device that accepts SD cards. Or, better yet, insert one of those antenna-devices into the SD section.

Please let me know.

Thanks!

P.S. - thank you for a wonderful web site!

• I am extremely happy you are feeling the benefits of PAP therapy and you also found the website helpful. Thank You for letting me know !!

• Accessing the data on the SD card should be for everyone. However only the Sleep Specialists and DME companies have the software.

However I have met a number of people over the years who have accessed their data on their computer somehow. They all went to the many CPAP forums out there for help.
